NEW YORK (March 30, 2015) - The North American Soccer League today announced the league-wide launch of its revamped, reworked and updated websites. The redesign, which applies to NASL.com as well as the websites of the league's 11 teams, gives fans a more responsive design and now offers full functionality across all mobile platforms, tablet and smartphone.

"We have heard the concerns of our Internet-savvy fans and made significant and much-needed changes to the NASL league website and to the websites of each of our teams," said NASL Commissioner Bill Peterson. "We are proud of these efforts to improve the look, feel and functionality of all of the NASL's digital offerings.

"In addition, the websites of each of our teams have been revamped, updated and tailored to the needs of our on-the-go fans who want more and more access to league and team information on various mobile platforms. Teams have more control over the content they publish on their sites as our digital strategy continues to improve and evolve in concert with the growth of the league."

Each of the 12 uniformly designed sites was rewritten over the past several months from the ground up by the web development team at ezITsolutions of Atlanta (who imported more than 17,000 articles and more than 27,000 images). The websites will have the ability to display seamlessly on iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.

Under the development hood, the new design will enable clubs to more easily share news stories, photo galleries and video among themselves at a touch of a button. Video the clubs post on their YouTube channels will automatically populate on the websites. There will also be more robust and up to date display of season and game statistics, while also providing facility for improved fan interaction via polls and surveys.
