The New York Cosmos will travel to Kezar Stadium to face the San Francisco Deltas on Saturday, August 5.

The Cosmos are one of two teams to begin the Fall Season with three points, stunning Spring Season Champion, Miami FC, 3-1 in Brooklyn. Midfielders, Eric Calvillo and Kobi Moyal, were in the spotlight after their performance at MCU Park. 19-year-old Calvillo continues to impress, tallying a double and earning NASL Player of the Week honors. Moyal got a goal and an assist in his NASL debut. The Israeli midfielder scored New York's third goal of the night, earning a Play of the Week nod. Both players were named to the NASL Team of the Week.

The Deltas split points with Jacksonville Armada FC, playing to a 1-1 draw in their first Fall Season game. Down a goal after Jack Blake's 35th minute spot kick, the visiting Deltas found the equalizer in the 58th minute thanks to Danny Cruz, who powered home a rocket down the center of the net past Armada keeper, Caleb Patterson-Sewell.

New York and San Francisco last met on May 27, with neither team finding the target in 90 minutes of play. There's a good chance Saturday's contest will be anything but scoreless, as the Cosmos have been able to find the back of the net in every game since then.

The Cosmos have a 1-1-0 (W-D-L) record against the Deltas. New York's lone goal against San Francisco came courtesy of Emmanuel Ledesma, who opened his account for the club with a stunning 69th minute chip in the matchup debut on April 29.
