New York Cosmos midfielder, Andrés Flores, was named Emirates Cosmos Man of the Match following New York's 2-0 loss to Jacksonville Armada FC at MCU Park.

Flores helped set up some of the Cosmos' key chances throughout the night, giving Juan Guerra an opportunity from outside the box in the 57th minute and providing an excellent cross for Eugene Starikov's 68th minute header.

The Salvadoran international was great at finding his teammates, combining 10 times with Javi Márquez. He completed 37 of his 42 passes in 90 minutes of play.

Flores also contributed defensively, winning two of his three tackles and five of nine duels.

Members of the media cast their votes to determine the Emirates Cosmos Man of the Match at every Cosmos home game.
