With an international schedule set for this weekend, many players around the NASL are preparing to represent their home countries this weekend. For the New York Cosmos, four teammates will turn into foes for an upcoming exhibition match between El Salvador and Canada.

Midfielders Richard Menjivar, Irvin Herrera, and Andrés Flores will represent El Salvador, while defender, Dejan Jaković, will represent Canada.

Flores, 27, assisted on the Cosmos’ only goal of the match in Sunday’s 1-0 win over Puerto Rico FC. He’ll look to lead his country to a similar result. He made his senior team debut as a 17-year-old in 2008. Menjivar, 26, began represent his country at the U-23 level before making his senior team debut in 2013. Herrera, 26, debuted for El Salvador in 2015 and has scored two goals for his team.
