New York Cosmos B faces off with the Brooklyn Italians on July 14 at Commisso Stadium for the right to lif the North Atlantic Conference title. Prior to the match, though, four Cosmos B representatives were acknowledged for their performances over the regular season, which New York went a perfect 10-0-0. 

Carlos Mendes was named the conference's top coach, which Bledi Bardic, Danny Szetela, and Johnny Borrajo were all named to the Conference Best XI.

Mendes, in his first season as a coach, ran the table in league play with 10 wins before knocking out Elm City Express in the conference semifinal with a 4-2 extra time win. 

Bardic finished the regular season with 10 goals and added two more in the semifinal victory. The forward led Cosmos B in goals with 10 during the season. Szetela, who wears the captain's armband, most recently scored a game-winning goal against Hardtford City FC with a deft chip in a 2-1 victory. Borrajo has been solid at the back as well as chipping in with assists, including a two-assist performance against Kingston Stockade in the regular-season finale. 

Kickoff for Saturday's playoff match against the Italians is set for 7:30 p.m.
