David Diosa is a 21-year-old attacker from Medellin, Colombia. Diosa was a member of the Cosmos Under-18 and Under-23 teams where he played under current Cosmos head coach Giovanni Savarese. The young forward impressed as a substitute in the Cosmos’ friendly match against Newtown Pride FC, scoring a goal in the game’s closing minutes.

In 2010, Diosa scored the first goal for a Cosmos side in 25 years when he opened the scoring for his New York Cosmos Academy Under-18 side in a U.S. Soccer Development Academy match against Connecticut’s South Central Premier.
