Cosmos Game Day Ticket Sweepstakes – Official Rules

This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by New York Cosmos, 100 Hamilton Plaza, Paterson, NJ 07505

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted beginning 12:00 a.m. ET on August 1, 2025 and ending 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2025.

4. How to Enter

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter:

• Online Entry: Visit Cosmos Game Day Givewaway and complete the entry form.
• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without accessing the website, send a 3″ x 5″ card with your full name, address, phone number, and email address to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 3, 2026.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

5. Prizes

Fifty (50) winners will each receive two (2) tickets to a Cosmos home game. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each ticket is less than $50, with the total prize value per winner under $100. Tickets are not redeemable for cash and are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the tickets.

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Fifty (50) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or around January 1, 2026.

Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Tickets will be delivered at no cost to the winners within fifteen (15) days of winner verification.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at Privacy Policy.
