Jose Angulo is a Colombian-American former professional soccer player and current Head Scout and Manager of Youth Partnerships.

Raised in Paterson NJ, Jose attended the prestigious St. Benedict’s Preparatory School, a nationally recognized soccer powerhouse where he helped secure two national championships.

He went on to build a professional career spanning over a decade across the Major League Soccer, USL Championship, and North American Soccer League, highlighted by earning USL Championship MVP and Golden Boot honors.

Leveraging his extensive experience and deep understanding of the U.S. soccer landscape, Jose now focuses on helping the Cosmos identify and develop emerging talent while fostering strategic club connections and international partnerships.
