Lamin Jawneh joins the New York Cosmos with professional experience developed across multiple levels of the American soccer pyramid, including USL League One and the USL Championship. Before arriving in New York, Jawneh competed with Texoma FC in USL League One while continuing to build a reputation as a pace-driven and direct attacking player capable of impacting matches across the front line. He also spent time with Phoenix Rising FC after beginning his professional career with Atlanta United 2 following participation in Atlanta United’s Dream Tryouts program.
Developed through both professional academy and first-team environments, Jawneh has built a reputation as an energetic forward who thrives in transition and consistently pressures opposing defenses.
