Mike Gravinese
Hometown: Oakland, NJ
The North Jersey native started coaching at the youth level with his hometown club RYSA Wildcats. He then progressed to the academy level with Parsippany Soccer Club from 2016 – 2021.
In July 2021, he joined Morris Elite Soccer Club as the USL Sporting Director where he managed the USL2, USL W and USL Academy Boys & Girls teams. After being an USL2 assistant coach for three seasons, he became the head coach for the 2025 season where the team had their most successful season.
His playing experience consists of playing with NPSL clubs Morris County Colonials and New Jersey Blaze.
He currently holds a USSF A Senior license along with Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Seton Hall University.
Gravinese returns home to a club that holds a special place for him and his family as his father played in the New York Cosmos system in the original NASL days.
