For the second consecutive international break, both Aaron Dennis and Shavon John-Brown participated in the Concacaf Nations League for their respective nations.

The U.S. Virgin Islands battled Barbados twice in just four days. In the first matchup this past Saturday, Dennis wore the captain's armband for the Dashing Eagle. The Elmont native played all 90 minutes and registered a shot on goal, but Barbados snuck out with a 1-0 win.

Dennis played another full 90 minutes for the second match on Tuesday, but the U.S. Virgin Islands struggled again. Barbados scored three goals in the closing 15 minutes to run away as 4-0 winners.

Despite the two losses for the U.S. Virgin Islands, Dennis played every minute and totaled five shots with an 80% passing accuracy.

Meanwhile, John-Brown also faced the same nation twice in a four-day span as Grenada faced off against French Guiana on Thursday and then Sunday.

The Cosmos forward came off the bench in the first match to play 34 minutes as the sides played out to a scoreless draw.

In the second match, John-Brown was given the start but Grenada was forced to make a change after 64 minutes because of going a man down, and John-Brown was the man withdrawn. The Spice Boys, though, picked up an important 1-0 victory.

Grenada now have a five-point lead at the top of Group A in League B of the Nations League.

The next international break will be in mid-November as both Grenada and the U.S. Virgin Islands will again have Nations League matches.

After both playing significant minutes for their national teams, Dennis and John-Brown will be up for selection for the Cosmos' final NPSL Members Cup match against Napa Valley 1839.
